Management
Management is involved in every aspect of each project. They ensure that all project estimating and project management work together to give the contractor the best product, the best service, and the highest quality outcome in the industry.
Estimating
Our estimators evaluate all aspects of a project, including material and labor costs. They develop and prepare cost estimates for fabrication and installation from blueprints and specifications using standard take-off and bidding procedures. They are also involved with making any cost evaluating changes that might occur during a project.
Project Management
This department is involved with making the initial contact with the project superintendent and discussing what avenue will be best for installing all aspects of fencing. The managers follow each project to make sure that each phase of fencing can be installed at the proper time to avoid conflicts with other contractors. All scheduling, and project coordination is overseen through this department.
